Microsoft released a new update to fix some minor problems. KB4586853 Windows 10 20H2 19042.661- Windows 10 2004 19041.661.
Fixed in this release:
- Inplace Upgrade Repair on Windows 10 20H2 works again.
- The dark properties window issue has now also been fixed
