Earlier on Microsoft tried to patch an issue that might cause a blue screen when you are attempting to print to certain printers using some apps.
This problem appeared after installing the latest March cumulative patch updates. However, the first fix failed to do the job, and Microsoft released new updates hopefully doing a better job.
All below KB Numbers will fix the issue that fails to print the graphical content in a document after installing the March 9, 2021 updates.
- Update KB5001649 Rev. 1.2 March 21 for:
Windows 10, version 2004, all editions Windows Server version 2004 Windows 10, version 20H2, all editions Windows Server, version 20H2.
- Update KB5001648 for:
Windows 10, version 1909, all editions Windows Server version 1909.
- Update KB5001638 for:
Windows 10, version 1809, all editions Windows Server version 1809 Windows Server 2019, all editions.
- Update KB5001634 for:
Windows 10, version 1803, all editions Windows 10, version 1803 (Enterprise, Education, IoT Enterprise).
- Update KB5001633 for:
Windows 10, version 1607, all editions Windows Server 2016.
- Update KB5001631 for:
Windows 10 LTSB.
Microsoft says Updates for the remaining versions of Windows will be coming soon.
