On Windows 11 and using older hardware, you will receive a message in the settings panel, “Windows 11 is not supported”.
Microsoft is testing two kinds of warnings in the latest Insider builds of Windows 11. One in the settings panel and one more on your desktop stating “system requirements not met”.
On Twitter, Albacore reported about this earlier this month.
Upcoming Windows 11 builds will include a small reminder about system requirements atop System Settings in case your device doesn't meet them. pic.twitter.com/KZ4NkqB7wq

There seems to be a simple trick (for now) to undo this by changing the following reg key.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\UnsupportedHardwareNotificationCache
When found the above key, set the value of SV2 to 0 and restart your system.
That should do the trick.
